Labour Compliance The Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on June 25, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Utilization of Near Expiry Surgical Consumables items.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The lists of near-expiry Surgical Consumables items available in the Medical Store of the Hospital are enclosed with this letter.

• The requirement, if any (at the Hospital/Dispensary level) may be submitted so that the said Surgical Consumables items will be utilized before their expiration.
