The Industries, Energy, Labour, and Mining Department of Maharashtra on June 27, 2024, notified regarding the implementation of reforms suggested by DPIIT under Facilitation of Business.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the Registration Certificate was expected to be issued within 07 days of receipt of the application for registration, however, the provision has been made to issue the Registration Certificate within 01 days.
• It states that the provision of service within 01 days from the government decision dated March 11, 2019, the government shall approve making necessary ancillary changes in the computer system as well as on the website so that Auto Generated Registration Certificate shall be available to the establishment after the prescribed period.
