The NSE International Exchange (NSE IX) on June 24, 2024, issued the Master Circular on the Test Market Environment and Simulated Market Environment.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This master circular encapsulates regulations/instructions related to Exchange provided Test and Simulated Market Environments.
• Test Market Environment shall be available for the registered trading members (Broker-Dealers)/participants, provisional trading members, ISV’s, and ASP’s (to be referred to as “Eligible Participants”), while the simulated market environment shall be available only for registered trading members/participants.
• Trading Members/Participants shall be able to connect to test and simulated market environment through their existing co-location connectivity and/or through a dedicated leased line terminating at NSEIX MMR and/or their existing connectivity at Chennai.
• The operational instructions have been stated in Annexure A for Test Market Environment and Annexure B for Simulated Market Environment are to be noted and acted upon.
