The Government of Rajasthan on June 26, 2024, issued a notification regarding the declaration of a public holiday on account of election in Gram Panchayat.
The following has been stated: -
•Panchayat Samiti under Panchayati Raj Institutions has declared a public holiday on the day of polling for the post of Sarpanch in Gram Panchayat, Milakpur on June 30, 2024.
•All workers working in industrial and commercial establishments located in the constituency will be given paid leave on polling day so that the voters of those areas can vote.
•Also a dry day has been declared in the 5 km peripheral area.
