Finance & Taxation Compliance The Commercial Tax Department, Jharkhand on June 27, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Public Tech Platform for Frictionless Credit.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Public Tech Platform for Frictionless Credit has been notified as the system with which information may be shared by the common portal based on consent under sub-section (2) of Section 158A of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

This shall come into force on February 22, 2024.
