The Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC) on June 19, 2024, issued the Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procurement of Energy from Renewable Sources) (Tenth Amendment) Regulations, 2024.
The following provisions have been stated:
• In the Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procurement of Energy from Renewable Sources) (Third Amendment), 2015, Regulation 3 (ii) shall be substituted, as indicated in the Table.
• Similar, Provision in the Ninth Amendment is also amended as follows specified in the Table.
These Regulations shall come into force from November 16, 2015, with respect to the third amendment and November 25, 2022, with respect to the ninth amendment.
