The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on June 28, 2024, notified regarding the Non-Neat Systems - Revision in the format of Auditor Report & Certificate for registration of software.
The following has been stated:
• The comprehensive list of documents required for registration of NNF software as per the various application types selected by market participants:
o Auditor Certificate
o Auditor Report
o Product & Risk Management System Write-up
o Vendor Confirmation Letter
o No change Letter.
• The market participants are required to ensure the following while submitting documents:
o The Auditor Certificate (Annexure III - Section 1 & 2) is to be submitted by the Trading Member for both Software Vendor Type i.e. Empanelled Vendor and Non-Empanelled Vendor i.e. In-House.
o The Trading members (for In-House application), Empanelled Vendors & Application Service Providers (ASP) to explicitly specify & incorporate a separate section i.e. 'Change description from the previously registered application' in the product write-up document. The format for the same is attached as the 'Change Description' document in the attached Annexures.
• It has stated that the ease of Market participants, a comprehensive list of documents along with its formats are attached as an Annexure to this circular. Participants are required to refer to the format of the attached documents for registration of NNF software.
