The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on June 28, 2024, issued the Amendment for certain Indian Standards (IS).
The amendment of the following Indian Standards was issued on June 05, 2024, namely: -
• IS 5522 : 2014 Stainless Steel Sheets and Strips for Utensils — Specification (Third Revision) – Amendment No. 2 June 2024
• IS 12145 - 1987 Specification for Quenched and Tempered Alloy Steel Forgings for Pressure Vessels - Amendment No. 1 June 2024
The afore-said Indian Standards shall stay in force without the amendment till November 04, 2024.
