The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 29, 2024, notified regarding the quarterly incident reporting for the period ended on June 30, 2024, through BEFS only (BSE Electronic Filling System).
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that members shall submit digitally signed quarterly reports on cyber alerts/attacks for the quarter ending June 2024 through the BSE E-Filing System “BEFS” only - https://befs.bseindia.com -> Cyber Incident Report -> Quarterly Incident Reporting.
• It states that the report submission timeline shall be 15 days from the end of the quarter, i.e., on or before July 15, 2024.
• It states that the submission process shall be completed only when acknowledgement mail is received.
• It states that in case of non-compliance, disincentives including financial disincentives and disciplinary action shall be applicable, details of which are listed in Table 1.
