EHS ComplianceThe Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) on June 18, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Extension in the timeline for filing of Annual Returns of PIBOs and PWPs.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The timeline for filing annual returns for the year 2023-24 for registered PIBOs and PWPs is extended till September 30, 2024.
