The India International Exchange (INX), on July 01, 2024, issued a Circular related to the Submission of Quarterly reports regarding Cyber Security &Cyber Resilience framework for Broker-Dealers.
The Report should be as per Annexure A of the SEBI Circular duly signed by the Designated Officer appointed in terms of para 6 of the SEBI Circular dated December 03, 2018. The submission should be made electronically in the “Cyber Security & Resilience” module of IIeFS (India INX Electronic Filing System) of the Exchange. Submission in any other form or mode shall not be valid. The URL for the IIeFS is https://iiefs.indiainx.com. The user manual for the submission of reports through IIeFS has been attached as an Annexure B. Members are requested to submit the above report (in IIeFS) for the quarter April 01, 2024, to June 30, 2024, on or before July 15, 2024.
