The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) on June 28, 2024, invited Suggestions and Objections of the Public Stakeholders on Amendments in the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Generation, Transmission, Wheeling and Retail Supply Tariff) Regulations, 2022.
The Comments/suggestions/objections from all stakeholders are invited on the draft amendment in MYT Regulations, 2022 under section 181 sub-section (3) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Rule 3 of the Electricity (Procedure for Previous Publication) Rules, 2005. The Comments/suggestions/objections must reach the undersigned on or before July 26, 2024, in person or by post or through email at [email protected].
