The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on July 01, 2024, notified regarding the revised Operational Guidelines for Offer for Sale (OFS) Segment.
The Exchange has made the necessary changes/developments in the OFS module. The revised operational guidelines also contain the requirements to be complied with by Seller(s) i.e. Promoters/Promoter Group entities/ Non-Promoter Shareholder intending to select the Exchange (BSE) as Designated Exchange.
Please find attached herewith the revised detailed Operational Guidelines for participation in the Offer for Sale (OFS) Segment at BSE in Annexure A.
