The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) on July 01, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Registered Producers and Recyclers on the E-Waste EPR Portal.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The timelines for filing quarterly and annual returns has been further extended from June 30, 2024, to August 31, 2024.
• All the registered Producers and Recyclers on the E-Waste EPR Portal shall continue to file their quarterly and annual return returns till August 31, 2024, for Financial Year 2023-24 During this period, the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Certificate generation & transfer will be carried out on EPR Portal.
