The Revenue and Forest Department of Maharashtra on July 01, 2024, notified regarding the amendment in the older notification related to an extension of the second phase for the Amnesty Scheme - 2023.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the period of the second phase of the Amnesty Scheme- 2023, shall be extended to August 31, 2024, from June 30, 2024.
• It states that to apply for the Amnesty Scheme for the first allotment letter or agreement or share certificate issued or executed on unstamped paper or on letterhead regarding residential or non-residential units by the registered Co-operative Housing Society situated on the land of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) and it’s Divisional Boards or the City and Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) or by the Municipal Corporation, Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayat or by the approved Development Authorities.
