The National Stock Exchange International Exchange (NSE IX) on July 02, 2024, notified regarding the submission of quarterly reports for the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience framework for Trading Members.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that members shall report Cyber Incident(s) for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, on or before July 15, 2024, through the Member Portal - https://memberportal.nseix.com.
• It states the format of the quarterly report and the user manual for reporting in Annexure 1 and Annexure 2.
• It states that in cases of non-submission/delayed submission, disciplinary action shall be initiated, and the Compliance Officer shall inform the Exchange within 6 hours of receiving information on unusual activities/events at [email protected].
