The Government of Jharkhand on June 19, 2024, issued a notification regarding new provisions related to GST Reimbursement by deleting the provisions related to GST Incentives in various industrial policies.
The following has been stated: -
•It is notified that amendments made in Jharkhand Industrial and Investment Promotion Policy-2021, Jharkhand Industrial and Investment Promotion Policy-2016, Jharkhand Industrial Policy-2012, Jharkhand Textile Apparel and Footwear Policy-2016, and Jharkhand Auto Mobile and Auto Component Policy-2016, will be part of the new policies and other paragraphs of the policies will remain unchanged.
