Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Ayush on July 02, 2024, notified Drugs (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2024 further to amend the Drugs Rules, 1945.

The following has been stated: -

•In the Drugs Rules, - 

(a) Rule 170 shall be omitted. 

(b) In SCHEDULE A, FORM 26 E4 and FORM 26 E5 shall be omitted.

They shall come into force on July 02, 2024.
