The Government of Gujarat on July 02, 2024, issued the Gujarat Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (General) (Amendment) Rules, 2024, to further amend the Gujarat Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (General) Rules, 2017.
The following amendment has been stated:
• In rule 19, which states “Terms and conditions and the fine payable for compounding of offence”, in sub-rule (3), for the words and figures “section 300 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the words and figures “section 337 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023)” shall be substituted.
This notification will come into force from July 02, 2024.
