This is in continuation to Exchange circular no. NSE/IPO/62335 dated June 05, 2024, and circular no. NSE/IPO/62428 dated June 12, 2024, regarding Systemic Improvements in the bidding process of SME Public Issues.

The following has been stated:

• The Participants are requested to note that the changes as per the aforementioned circulars shall be applicable to all SME IPOs starting on or after July 03, 2024.
