The Government of Odisha on July 01, 2024, issued Clarification Relating to Odisha MSME Development Policy 2022 and Odisha Food Processing Policy 2022.
It is hereby clarified that 'designated industrial park; is mentioned in the definition of Anchor Enterprise in SI. No. 3 of Annexure-I of Odisha MSME Development Policy 2022 and in the definition of Anchor Industry in SI. No. (i) of Annexure-I (Definitions and Abbreviations) of Odisha Food Processing Policy 2022, means industrial park/estate/area of IDCO or notified by IDCO.
Secondly, since a Domicile Certificate is not being issued in Odisha; it is hereby clarified that persons having duly issued and valid 'Residence Certificate' or 'Nativity Certificate' in Odisha shall be considered as a domicile of Odisha for Employment Cost Subsidy to MSMEs as per para 7.9 of Odisha MSME Development Policy 2022.
