The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on July 03, 2024, issued a notification regarding amendments to DP Operating Instructions - List of Abbreviations, Chapters 10, 11, and 17.
The following has been stated namly: -
• DPs are advised to note that amendments have been incorporated in CDSL’s DP Operating Instructions [OI] viz. List of Abbreviations, Chapter 10 – Account Closure, Chapter 11 – Penalties, and Chapter 17 – Miscellanea, substituting the term "Disciplinary Action Committee" (DAC) with "Member Committee" (MC).
The amendments to the DP OI are provided in track changes mode in the attached Annexure – A.
