The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on July 03, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Extension in the Discontinuation date of the non-encryption channel in production.
The following has been stated namely: -
• In reference to the earlier notice on encryption 20240527-3 dated May 27, 2024, it was stated that the non-encrypted channel is scheduled to be discontinued from July 06, 2024.
• The exchange has decided to extend the deadline and discontinue the non-encryption channel in phases. The discontinuation deadline segment-wise is specified namely: -
o Equity – August 05, 2024
o Equity Derivatives – July 29, 2024
o Currency Derivatives – July 29, 2024
o Commodities Derivatives – July 29, 2024
• Members are requested to migrate their IDs on the encryption channel as early as possible before the deadline date.
• Post discontinuation of the non-encryption channel, the specified connection parameters will be applicable in various segments.
• The non-encryption channel in the simulation environment for all segments will be discontinued from July 29, 2024
