The Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCXCCL) on July 04, 2024, issued a circular regarding the procedure for the deposit and storage of Mentha Oil at MCXCCL Accredited Warehouses.
The following has been stated: -
•In terms of the provisions of the Rules, Bye-Laws, and Regulations of the Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (“MCXCCL”), Clearing Members of MCXCCL are notified.
•Members / Participants who desire to deposit Mentha Oil at the MCXCCL Accredited Warehouses (“MAW”) for delivery on the Exchange platform are advised to adhere to this circular modification. This revised circular supersedes the circular number MCXCCL/WHL/141/2021 dated May 31, 2021, and includes all additional points as issued by MCXCCL from time to time. A summary of addition/ modification is given below followed by a detailed procedure in annexure 1.
