The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (MoA&FW) on June 24, 2024, notified regarding the Minimum Support Prices (MSP) of Kharif Crops for Kharif Marketing Season (KMS) 2024-25.
The following has been stated:
• It has approved the increase in Minimum Support Prices (MSPs) for mandated Kharif Crops of Fair Average Quality for Kharif Marketing Season (KMS) 2024-25. The decision of the Government to increase Kharif crops MSP fulfils the commitment to the farmers to provide at least 50 per cent return over cost of production.
• The details of MSPs for mandated Kharif Crops for Kharif Marketing Season (KMS) 2024-25 are specified in the Table.
