Industry Specific Compliance The Department of Telecommunication (DoT) on July 04, 2024, notified the date of enforcement for certain provisions of the Telecommunications Act, 2023.

The following has been stated: -

•The Central Government appointed July 05, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 6 to 8, 48, and 59(b) of the Act shall come into force.
