Commercial ComplianceThe Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on July 05, 2024, issued a notification regarding an amendment in import policy condition for items under ITC (HS) code 07019000 of Chapter 07 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule - I (Import Policy).

The following has been stated: -

•Import of Potatoes under ITC (HS) code 07019000 is allowed from Bhutan without any Import Licence, up to June 30, 2027.
