Secretarial Compliance The National Stock Exchange, (NSE) on July 05, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Dummy Securities in Master Files – Update.

This is about the Exchange circular regarding dummy securities in SLBM master files. It is requested that the live effective date of dummy security be deferred until further notice. The revised dates shall be communicated via a separate circular.
