EHS ComplianceThe Government of Gujarat on June 01, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Fire NOC and the Building Occupancy (BU) certificate.

The following has been stated: -

•It is stated that for all the buildings/property subject to legal provision falling within the Rajkot Municipal Corporation area, the building/property holders have to obtain a BU certificate for the eligible unit/complex and Fire NOC for the eligible unit/complex and Fire NOC for the eligible unit/complex. Legal action will be taken against those who do not get it.
