The Government of Kerala on July 08, 2024, amended an older notification No. G. O. (P) No. 58/2008/TD dated March 19, 2008, related to the Kerala Abkari Shops Disposal Rules, 2002.
The following has been stated: -
•In the SCHEDULE to the notification, in “II INDEX”, under the heading “TODDY SHOPS”, — (i) for the sub-heading “Thrissur Division-723”, the sub-heading “Thrissur Division-724” shall be substituted,
(ii) Under the sub-heading “Thrissur Division-724” as so amended, against serial number 5, for the figure “109” in column (3), the figure “110” shall be substituted.
