The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) on July 02, 2024, issued the Draft Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Supply Code and Performance Standards) (Sixth Amendment) Regulations, 2024 to further amend the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Supply Code and Performance Standards) Regulations, 2017.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Draft Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Supply Code and Performance Standards) (Sixth Amendment) Regulations, 2024 has been issued.
• Suggestions/comments/objections on the Draft DERC (Supply Code and Performance Standards) (Sixth Amendment) Regulations, 2024 to the Commission latest by 05:00 P.M. on August 05, 2024, to the Secretary, DERC either by post or through email to [email protected]
