The Government of Maharashtra on July 04, 2024, issued the Entitlement of ITC by the insurance companies on the expenses incurred for repair of motor vehicles in case of reimbursement mode of insurance claim settlement.
The following has been stated:
• It has received a request seeking clarity on the availability of ITC in respect of repair expenses incurred in case of reimbursement mode of claim settlement.
• It has stated that in order to ensure uniformity in the implementation of the provisions of the law across field formations, the Board hereby clarifies the following as specified in the Table.
