Secretarial Compliance The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on July 05, 2024, issued a circular regarding the settlement of Client Funds lying with Broker-Dealers.

The following has been stated: -

•All members who have onboarded clients shall be required to submit a report to the Exchange for monitoring of client funds lying with the broker-dealers.

•The report format is attached as Annexure A.

•Members shall submit the report as of June 30, 2024, in the prescribed format, on or before July 20, 2024, with the subject line Monitoring of Client Funds – June 30, 2024.
