The Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (UPCL) on July 06, 2024, invited comments on UPCL’s proposal for the determination of an Additional Surcharge under the provisions of UERC (Terms and Conditions of intra-State Open Access) Regulations, 2015 to meet the fixed cost of UPCL arising out of its obligation to supply electricity to the Open Access Consumers for the period October 01, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
The computation of Additional Surcharge to be levied on Open Access Consumers, for the period October 01, 2024 to March 31, 2025 is given in the Tables.
The Responses/suggestions, if any, are sought from consumers and other stakeholders on the Petition. Responses may be sent to the Secretary, Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission, either in person or by post at 'Vidyut Niyamak Bhawan', Near ISBT, PO-Majra, Dehradun-248171 or through e-mail to [email protected] by August 10, 2024.
