Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on July 09, 2024, notified regarding the Short Allocation of Collaterals.

The following has been stated: -

• It is in reference to Circular no. - NCL/CD/62801 dated July 05, 2024, regarding Short Allocation of Collateral.

• It states that the value of collateral above the prudential norms shall be updated under the field “Total NonCash Collateral” in the SA04/SA05/SA06 report.

This circular applies to Currency Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, Futures & Options, and NSE Clearing - Capital Market.
