The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on July 10, 2024, issued the Clarification to the Trade Notice No. 07/2024-2025.
This is in reference to the Trade Notice No. 07/2024-2025 dated June 28, 2024, vide which the Interest Equalisation Scheme (TES) for Pre and Post Shipment Rupee Export Credit was extended for 2 months beyond June 30, 2024.
The following has been stated:
• It is noticed that banks are facing difficulties on the applicability of the Trade Notice No. 07/2024-2025.
• The issues raised are accordingly clarified as specified in the Table.
