Finance & Taxation Compliance The Finance Department of Rajasthan on July 10, 2024, notified regarding the stamp duty chargeable on the agreement executed for providing electricity connection for agricultural and residential purposes.

It is stated that the stamp duty chargeable on the agreement executed for providing electricity connection for agricultural and residential purposes shall be remitted and for other purposes stamp duty shall be charged rupees 100 for such each agreement.
