The Board of Practical Training (Eastern Region) (BOPT) on April 23, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Grievance redressal system for the convenience of the Establishments.
The following has been stated: -
•Establishments are requested to share their issues/queries related to Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) regarding their respective States via email IDs mentioned below.
•It is to be noted that while sending the issues/queries, you must attach screenshots depicting the stage at which problems occur. Additionally, mention the Establishment ID and Enrollment IDs of the apprentices. Separate Officials have been assigned in three training sections to record/receive & analyze your grievances and take necessary action.
•State-wise e-mails for sending the requests/grievances by the Establishments related to DBT are given below.
