Finance & Taxation Compliance The Finance Department, Rajasthan, on July 10, 2024, notified the Rajasthan Value Added Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2024 further to amend the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006.

The following has been stated: -

•The existing Explanation of sub-rule (1) of rule 53 shall be deleted.

•The existing Explanation of sub-rule (1) of rule 54 shall be deleted

•They shall come into force with immediate effect.
