The Government of Rajasthan on July 10, 2024, issued a notification regarding the stamp duty and registration fees.
In supersession of this Department's Notification No. P.4 (2) Finance/Tax/2023-37 dated February 10, 2023, the State Government, being of the opinion that it is expedient to do so in the public interest, hereby Orders that the stamp duty and registration fees chargeable on instruments of settlement shall be reduced and charged as mentioned in the table.
Explanation: For the purpose of this notification, "family member" means the father, mother, husband, wife, brother, sister, son, daughter, son's son, son's daughter, daughter's son, daughter's daughter and daughter-in-law of the arranger
