Finance & Taxation Compliance The Finance Department of Rajasthan on July 10, 2024, notified regarding the exemption for registered dealers from tax on the sale of Foreign Liquor and Indian Made Foreign Liquor, where tax exceeds 20%.

It is stated that a registered dealer shall be exempted with immediate effect from the tax payable on the sale of Foreign Liquor, Indian Made Foreign Liquor, and Beer sold to the dealers/persons not having retail off licenses issued by the Excise Department to the extent the rate of tax exceeds 20%.
