The Transport & Road Safety Department of Rajasthan on July 10, 2024, notified regarding the compounding of offenses found committed on or before June 30, 2024, based on information received through e-ravanna of the Mines Department.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the offenses found committed on or before June 30, 2024, under section 113 (3) (b) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, shall be compounded based on information received through the e-ravanna of the Mines Department, the compounding amount as specified in column 3 of the table (attached below).
• It states that the compounding amount for a vehicle other than Agriculture Tractor-Trolley shall not be more than rupees one lakh.
• It states that the compounding amount for Agriculture Tractor-Trolley shall not be more than Rs. 7,500 /-.
This notification shall remain in force up to December 31, 2024.
