The Board of Practical Training (BOPT) on April 23, 2024, notified regarding the Implementation of Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) in NATS for all Central/State Govt. Departments, PSUs as well as Private Sector Establishments.
The following has been stated:
• All the Establishments to please note that the active contracts of NATS 1.0 portal has already been migrated/shifted to NATS 2.0 portal.
• The Central/State Govt. Departments, PSUs were already covered under DBT mode for sharing Central Govt. share of stipend to their apprentices having active contracts in NATS 2.0 portal for the stipend month of February 2024 paid in the month of March 2024 and thereafter.
• It has formulated the DBT Cell to handhold the establishments in this transformation process and accordingly State-wise personnel have been deputed. The details of such personnel for taking up the requests/grievances of the Establishments related to DBT and the format/protocol for grievance/request to be forwarded through email shall be uploaded on the website very soon for the convenience of the Establishments.
