The Finance Department, Rajasthan on July 10, 2024, issued amendments to an older notification no. F.12(7)FD/Tax/2024-72 dated February 08, 2024, related to Amnesty Scheme-2024.
The following amendments have been stated:
• In sub-clause (2) of clause 1, which states “Short title and operative period”, for the existing expression “July 31, 2024”, the expression “December 31, 2024” shall be substituted;
• In the Table given in clause 4, which states “Benefits under this scheme”:
o After the existing serial number 2 and entries thereto and before the existing serial number 3 and entries thereto, the following new serial number 2A and entries thereto shall be inserted as specified in the Table.
o In column 2 against serial number 3, for the existing expression "serial number 1 and 2 of this table", the expression "serial number 1, 2 and 2A of this table " shall be substituted;
This notification will come into force from July 10, 2024.
