Industry Specific ComplianceThe Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, (TRAI) on July 12, 2024, issued a notification regarding Corrigendum to Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services (Eighth) (Addressable Systems) Tariff (Fourth Amendment) Order, 2024, No RG-8/1/(9)/2021-B AND CS(1 AND 3) dated the 8th July 2024, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part III, Section 4, S.No. 498.

The following has been stated-

•at page number 31, in sub-clause (3) of clause (1), “except clause 2, 7 and 8” shall be read as “except clause 2, 5 and 6”
