The National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) on July 11, 2024, notified regarding the migration of reports/ functionalities available on the intranet site viz., i-Assist to e-Pass portal.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It is in reference to NSDL Circular No.: NSDL/POLICY/2024/0084 dated June 14, 2024, regarding “Migration of reports/ functionalities available on intranet site viz., i-Assist to e-Pass portal.
• It is stated that the additional modules such as "Form-B", "Downloads", and UCC Data" shall be made available under the ‘I-Assist menu’ on the home page of the e-Pass portal with effect from EOD of July 19, 2024, and shall be discontinued on the i-Assist portal with effect from September 01, 2024.
• It states that Menu tabs - "DP IG Report", "Net Worth Certificate and/or Audited Financial Statement", and "Tariff Sheet" currently available on the home page of the e-PASS portal for submission of periodic reports, shall be moved under ‘DP periodical reports’ menu available on the home page of the e-Pass portal with effect from EOD of July 19, 2024.
• It mentions the deadline for the forthcoming compliance of the Investor Grievance Report (Monthly) - by 10th of the following month.
