The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) on July 11, 2024, issued the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Banking) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 to further amend the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Banking) Regulations, 2020.
The following amendments have been stated:
• After the item number “xi” in the First Schedule, the following item numbers shall be inserted, namely,
“xii. Swedish Krone (SEK)
xiii. Norwegian Krone (NOK)
xiv. New Zealand Dollar (NZD)
xv. Danish Krone (DKK) “
They shall come into force on the date July 11, 2024.
