The Government of Punjab on July 12, 2024, issued the the Draft Punjab Boiler Penalty Rules.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The following quantum of penalties were specified namely: -

o Minor Penalties

o Penalties for illegal use of boiler

o Penalty for tampering with register mark

o Penalty for breach of rules

• The procedure of Imposition of Penalties have been stated

• Suggestions on these draft Penalty rules may be sent to the Director of Boilers Punjab, Jalandhar by July 20, 2024 at [email protected].
