Secretarial Compliance The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, (MCA) on July 15, 2024, notified the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2024 to further amend the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.

The following has been amended-

•In the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, in annexure, for form number MGT-6, the Return to the Registrar in respect of declaration under section 89 received by the company form shall be substituted.
