Secretarial ComplianceThe Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on July 15, 2024, issued the Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Amendment Rules, 2024, to further amend the Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Rules, 2018.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Form No. BEN-2 stated in the Annexure has been substituted.

This shall come into force on July 15, 2024.
